We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy, team management, and business development. This role requires a dynamic individual who can develop and execute sales plans, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Forecast sales, set targets, and create plans to expand customer base and market presence.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for skill development.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve client issues effectively and ensure high levels of client retention.
4. Business Development:
Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Track sales KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve performance.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
